Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Approval and Shipping:
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label only if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. For all other reasons, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. -

Important Notes
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item, only the product cost will be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed upon in the original email request.
- If a refund to the original payment method is approved, processing may take up to 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
